Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied after experiencing your first flag holiday with us, you'll have 5 days following that holiday to request a full refund.

 

To request a refund prior to your first flag holiday or during the 5 days following said holiday, please email us at HometownFlagCo@gmail.com

If a refund request is paid outside of this timeframe, we will be unable to fulfill the request. We of course want our customers to be happy and pleased with their subscription so feel free to reach out to us at any time for help and assistance at HometownFlagCo@gmail.com
